There are times in our life when we find ourselves anxious, low on energy or just generally unhappy. On top of that, it's often during such times that we feel particularly lonely and disconnected from others. If you have recently experienced changes in your life – perhaps through the loss of a relationship, by moving places or because of other circumstances – it isn't uncommon to experience uncertainty, sadness or fear.
It may help to share your feelings in a safe and non-judgemental environment through therapy or counselling sessions with an experienced therapist. Ideally, I can support you in finding helpful ways of coping, so you feel less alone with your struggles. Some people find it beneficial to look at their situation from a different perspective and to shift their own narrative towards a more meaningful outcome.
We can define your personal goals together and arrange for the number of sessions that feels appropriate. When dealing with immediate issues, a few sessions might already be sufficient, however, it's also possible to meet over the span of a few months.
