If you have recently experienced changes in your life – perhaps through the loss of a relationship, by moving places or because of other circumstances – it isn't uncommon to experience uncertainty, sadness or fear.

Manche Menschen finden es zudem hilfreich, ihre Situation aus einer anderen Perspektive zu betrachten und ihre eigene Geschichte in einem neuen Licht zu sehen.

We can define your personal goals together and arrange for the number of sessions that feels appropriate. When dealing with immediate issues, a few sessions might already be sufficient, however, it's also possible to meet over the span of a few months.
